1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the hey baji platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and hey baji. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the hey baji platform.

These terms apply to all services offered by hey baji, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer games, crash games, fishing games, slots and sports betting. They apply to all players accessing hey baji from Bangladesh and any other permitted jurisdiction.

2 Eligibility

To register and use hey baji, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one hey baji account. Hey baji uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close them without prior notice.

When registering on hey baji, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and payment details. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Hey baji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits and Payments

Hey baji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 200 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit, though hey baji may apply limits to individual accounts based on verification status or risk assessment.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Hey baji does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, hey baji reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Hey baji processes withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT. Withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of the request being submitted, subject to verification checks.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your hey baji account. Hey baji will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Hey baji may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general terms, the specific bonus term takes precedence.

Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness.

Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Hey baji does not have the ability to alter game outcomes after they have been determined. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you may raise a dispute with hey baji support within 72 hours of the game round in question.

• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using hey baji for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

• Harassing, threatening or abusing hey baji staff or other players.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Hey baji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if hey baji reasonably believes that the account holder has breached these terms and conditions, is engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email or via the contact details on your account. You may appeal a suspension by contacting hey baji support. Hey baji will review appeals within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to you directly.

You may also close your hey baji account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements apply.

10 Responsible Gaming
